Relationship Namespace - User - Card - Person

For example: a Namespace can have many Locations (and through that - many Chargers), many Login / Persons and many RFID cards. An RFID card can be assigned to a single charger, single location or single namespace. It can also be assigned to a single person (the option is available through the CleverEV team)
