Integration in Building Management Systems (BMS)

The CleverEV platform is designed to operate either in a stand-alone mode (without having dynamic data from the BMS system) or receiving data from the BMS for a dynamic load management and prioritization of the charging process.

The typical information, which may be used to influence the charging process is the available electric capacity in a certain segment. This information can be provided either through the BMS system (if available) or with local probes, connected to CleverEV. The information can be received and managed both locally or from the CleverEV cloud.

The integration with a BMS system can also serve with information about the authorized RFID cards. CleverEV can download the cards information on certain periods or alternatively (provided that the BMS supports it) can receive the RFID information dynamically.
