CleverEV web frontend elements and functionality

The frontend system of CleverEV consists of two main parts.

CleverEV HUB

The CleverEV HUB (https://hub.cleverev.net) is the place, where the Partners manage their network. They can create sub-Partners and Customers from the HUB UI and manage their financials from the interface.

CleverEV Console

The Console (https://console.cleverev.net) is the key gateway to the Customer information (Namespace). The Customer Namespace is created in the Console when the customer is registered - either by a Partner or through the CleverEV free user registration interface on the web or in the CleverEV app. All the information about the Customer can be accessed and managed from the Console UI (except some pricing elements, which can be overruled and defined by the Partner).

Main functions to be managed from the Console UI

• Chargers and connected data and information - registering a charger, charger remote maintenance, reset and restart, update firmware

• Location creation and maintenance - assigning of chargers, description of the infrastructure, defining of load balancing rules and pricing

• Keycards assignment and maintenance - adding and removing a new RFID card, assigning the RFID card to a Charger, Location or a Namespace.

• Charging sessions management - view of the charging sessions for the given Namespace

• Invoices - view and download all the outgoing invoices, issued to other Customers, who were using the paid services of the Namespace.

• Create Reports for usage per Namespace, Location or Charger for a given period of time. the reports can be exported in CSV format and used for statistics or invoicing purposes

• Creating and maintenance of Users - the owner of the Charger can give access and delegate special rights and discounts to other Users

• The Administrator of the Namespace can contact CleverEV for support

• Configuration of the Namespace - here the Administrator can setup the key parameters of the Namespace

  • Payment currency
  • Invoicing provider - szamlazz.hu or Stripe
  • Percentage of VAT
  • Invoices due date
  • Description of the provided and invoiced services (default is “EV charging”)
  • Integration parameters for szamlazz.hu, Stripe, Barion and Infostar
  • email address for alerts

Customization of the Console

The Console url (ie. “https://console.partner.com”) and logo on the top of the page can be customized in a part of the Whitelabel program
