What should I do if I encounter a problem with my EV charger or charging session?

CleverEV provides support to the owners and operators of the EV chargers. If you are an owner or operator - contact the CleverEV support and we will respond according to the SLO of your subscribed package.

The end users of charging stations are supported by the operator of the EV charger. It is the obligation of the operator to provide a contact for support (phone, email or other way). Should you encounter a problem at a charging station without visible contact information - please, write to the CleverEV support using the contact form on our web page and we will try to contact the operator.
