Starting the charging process and cost accounting

The charging process can be initiated in multiple ways. The system will keep track of the starting mode and (if possible) - of a starting person.

Starting without recoding the person is possible with

• Auto start (it is not a Plug&Charge!) - starts automatically without any authentication
• Start with an RFID card - the number of the card will be recorded, but if the card is assigned to a Namespace, Location or ChargerID, then there is no person linked to the card
• Launching the session through the web console - the launch is done by the administrator of the Namespace

Starting with recording the the person is done with

• the mobile app - it authenticates the personal id, used for login
• an RFID card, which is assigned to a person

In the case of identified launch, the charging process can also be charged to a credit card, saved in the account of the user.

The charging statistics can be downloaded by the administrator of the Namespace through the menu item “Report” in the menu on the left side in the web console

The roadmap for 2025 includes implementation of a full Plug&Charge functionality for supported models of cars and chargers hardware
