If you’re having issues with charger, try the steps below.

Check connection details

CleverEV uses the connection ID at the end of the URL to identify your charger. Most chargers append the ID to the end of the URL you provide. Double-check that you have entered the details correctly, and verify that there is no extraneous / at the end of the ID, and that you have copied the ID correctly (it is case-sensitive!).

Restart or reset charger

Some chargers need to be restarted after their network details have changed, and need to be restarted, either from their interface, or by tripping and resetting their circuit breaker.

Check internet connection

Check if your charger can reach the internet. You may have firewalls or other network equipment preventing the charger from connecting to CleverEV.
